Nguyen Trong Nguyen (“Win Win”) is a distinguished entrepreneur, international business executive, and strategic advisor with more than 45 years of leadership experience spanning renewable energy, infrastructure development, aviation, finance, technology, and international investment. He is widely recognized for building partnerships among governments, financial institutions, technology providers, and global investors to deliver transformative and sustainable development projects.

As Founder and Chairman of Green Capital Global Infrastructure Co., Ltd. and Founder & Executive Chairman of EGW New World Energy Co., Ltd., Mr. Nguyen focuses on mobilizing green capital and sustainable finance for large-scale renewable energy initiatives. His work emphasizes the structuring of green bonds, climate finance instruments, blended-finance solutions, and international investment platforms to accelerate the development of solar, wind, battery energy storage, carbon-credit, and clean-technology projects across Vietnam and the broader ASEAN region.

Mr. Nguyen has also represented major international organizations and investment groups, supporting project finance, infrastructure modernization, and strategic investment programs. Earlier in his career, he contributed to venture capital development in Vietnam and participated in the growth of pioneering solar energy enterprises in the United States. Leveraging extensive global networks and experience across more than 58 countries, he continues to champion innovative financing mechanisms that advance energy transition, decarbonization, and long-term sustainable economic growth.

Matthias Wiesmann is a Swiss entrepreneur and international executive with more than four decades of leadership experience across Europe, North America, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. While his career spans hospitality, tourism, real estate, and investment, his recent focus has been on accelerating the transition to sustainable energy and climate-resilient infrastructure.

Since 2021, Mr. Wiesmann has dedicated his efforts to renewable energy development, ESG-driven investments, climate finance, and sustainable infrastructure projects. As Founding Partner and Managing Director of EGW New World Energy Co., Ltd., he leads initiatives that support Vietnam’s energy transition and Net Zero objectives through innovative clean-energy solutions, renewable power generation, waste-to-energy technologies, and environmentally responsible infrastructure.

Drawing on extensive international business experience and a global network of investors, government stakeholders, technology providers, and strategic partners, Mr. Wiesmann facilitates cross-border investment and project development in the renewable energy sector. His leadership emphasizes practical sustainability, energy security, and long-term value creation.

Thanh Van Phuong is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of leadership experience in corporate administration, business operations, and large-scale project development across Vietnam. He has built a distinguished career overseeing complex industrial, infrastructure, and commercial projects, delivering strategic outcomes while maintaining strong governance, operational efficiency, and financial discipline.

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Phuong has successfully managed multidisciplinary teams, coordinated diverse stakeholder interests, and led project execution from planning through completion. Mai Huong Nguyen is an accomplished entrepreneur, business leader, and sustainability advocate with extensive experience in business development, cultural promotion, and environmental stewardship. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Vietnam National University and an MBA from Seoul National University. In 1995, she founded Khanh Huong Lacquerware and continues to serve as Chairwoman, building the company into a respected brand recognized for quality craftsmanship and Vietnamese cultural heritage.

She is also Vice President of Hai Dang Group, where she has contributed to the expansion of diversified businesses spanning hospitality, premium retail, tourism, and lifestyle services. Captain John Charles Larson is a highly accomplished energy executive and LNG infrastructure specialist with more than 50 years of international experience in offshore oil & gas, LNG, power generation, and large-scale energy infrastructure development. A qualified Master Mariner, he has led the technical, operational, and commercial delivery of complex energy projects across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe.

He has directed all phases of project development, including technical due diligence, engineering oversight, construction, commissioning, operational readiness, and performance optimization. Pham Van Tien is an accomplished engineering and construction executive with more than a decade of leadership experience in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure development. As Chairman and General Director of Pham Khang Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (Pham Khang Group), he has successfully led the design, fabrication, and construction of complex projects across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
